Wedding Chapel Policy – Angels View Wedding Chapel
By giving your credit card number, authorization code, and expiration date over the phone or via secure payment link, you agree to the policies and terms outlined below.
You may make payments on your balance by personal check, credit/debit card, or money order. Final payment must be made 30 days prior to your scheduled wedding date. When making payments, please indicate the Groom’s LAST NAME, the Bride’s FULL NAME, and the DATE and TIME of your wedding. This information is necessary to properly credit your account.
Unexpected Guests Showing Up
All guests must be paid for before the ceremony begins. Additional charges apply for both ceremonies and receptions.
We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing wedding insurance for your protection. Please visit www.wedsafe.com to purchase wedding insurance in case an unavoidable circumstance requires cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
Should it become necessary, for any legitimate and/or unavoidable reason, to cancel your wedding in whole or in part, 50% of your total wedding costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining 50% is refundable only if we receive written notification of cancellation at least 30 days prior to your scheduled wedding date.
If your wedding is rescheduled within ONE (1) YEAR of the cancellation date, we will gladly apply the retained amount to your new account, minus applicable cancellation fees.
Photography Policy
No outside photographers or cameras are allowed on our property during the ceremony or photo shoot without paying a $700 outside photographer fee.
Guests may take photos only during receptions and salon appointments.
Any and all photos taken by our staff are subject to use for advertising purposes (e.g., internet, print, etc.). Please notify our office if you do not wish your images to be used.
Please notify our office promptly of any changes to your address or telephone number. We are always happy to assist you with any questions.

Weather Policy
The gazebo area is booked on a weather-permitting basis. If temperatures are above 85°F, below 55°F, or if there is rain, your ceremony will be moved indoors to the chapel. This policy is in place for your comfort, the comfort of your guests, and the quality of your photos.
Hold Harmless Clause
By booking a wedding with Angels View Wedding Chapel, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Angels View Wedding Chapel, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, and actions or negligence of guests or third-party vendors. You understand and agree that Angels View Wedding Chapel is not liable for any disruptions, damages, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Agreement
By providing your payment information and/or signing any related contract, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all policies and terms stated above.
